Pollination & honeybees: What we have achieved
The results or products of the Global Pollination Project and Honeybee Forage Project in South Africa will include:
- Scientific papers on pollination and pollinators
- Landscape-level management considerations for the three pollination regions
- Case studies or profiles of farmers using pollinator-friendly practices
- Guidelines for best practice
- Capacity building material to enhance learning on pollination and pollinators at various levels
- Public awareness materials
- Specimen data
- Recommendations for pro-pollinator policies.
As the results of the project become available, they will be loaded onto SANBI's Biodiversity Advisor website, linked to the tools already existing on the Advisor relating to biodiversity information. This page will continue to be updated with links as the results become available.
