Stakeholders at Arbor Week Event 2011

In the past 2 years the KwaZulu-Natal Biodiversity Education and Empowerment unit has formed partnerships with various stakeholders in the Pietermaritzburg and Durban areas.

Our partners have provided the following support:

  • Funding the transport for learners from disadvantaged schools to the Garden for the Garden-based School Programme
  • Sponsored resource material for the programmes
  • Co-hosted awareness-raising initiatives
