Celebration of Environmental Days

We consider celebrating important Environmental Days a very important part of education and the environment. Keeping the community informed and involved helps the environment. Environmental days celebrated are:

• World Wetlands Day in February
• National Water Week in March
• National Bird Week in May
• World Environmental Week in June
• Arbor Week in September
• Climate Change in November

In addition to these special days, invitations are often received to set up displays for various events during the year, namely:

• Yebo Gogga at Wits University, Johannesburg
• SciBono in Newtown, Johannesburg
