SANBI Bookshop
The SANBI Bookshop is situated in the National Herbarium Building in the Pretoria National Botanical Garden at 2 Cussonia Avenue, Brummeria, Pretoria.
It stocks a wide range of publications including books published by SANBI Publishing such as Strelitzia or Biodiversity Series, as well as the Bothalia volumes. Biodiversity publications by other SA publishers such as Briza, Jacana and Struik are also available. You have many choices at this one-stop biodiversity bookshop!

Trees of the Year 2013 posters
Visit the SANBI Bookshop and get a free Trees of the Year poster, or e-mail a request for the quantity you require and it will be posted to you. Please note: although the posters are for free, postage will have to be paid by the customer who requires a postage service.
The Trees of the Year poster is published every year and is available from April onwards.
The Trees of the Year 2013 poster can be downloaded (A3 size) at no cost.
Bookshop Hours
The SANBI Bookshop is open from 08:00 to 16:00 daily, except Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.
Buying by mail order
If you are unable to visit the bookshop, please download the Bookshop catalogue and order form. Orders can be faxed or e-mailed to Thomas Mapheza, the SANBI Bookshop Manager. Please contact Thomas if you have any enquiries. Payment can be made via the internet, but we regret the bookshop is not linked to an online payment gateway at present.
